Background

IIFC Group is incorporated under the laws of Afghanistan to serve it’s (branches) in Afghanistan. IIFC Group provides a range of services to its branches including Financial Monitoring and Examination, Capacity Building and Training, Technical Assistance, Lobbying and Advocacy and financing and expansion.

Responsibility Include:

Track the attendance every morning, making sure the time in of each employee is accurate.
Conducting a preliminary screening of the applications before actual short listing is done.
Invite applicants for written tests and interviews in accordance with the agency’s in place methods of contacting applicants.
Regularly at the end of each month submit staff attendance report to the finance for preparation and processing of monthly staff payroll.
Track leave forms, salary advance forms and other HR & Communication related forms.
Draft correspondences in Dari language, this includes all types of letters in Dari

and English including Pashto

Regularly check the Roshan invoices and make sure that all the numbers are charged fairly.
Following up with IIFC Group branches for guarantee letters and other HR related activities.

Qualification, preferred skills/experience

·         Education: 12 Grade

·         Knowledge of how to use computer programs, such as word, excel and access

·         Typing in English, Dari and Pashto

·Personality Synopsis:

§  Strong communication skills both oral & written and ability to practice both downward and upward communication

§  Ability to work under pressure and limited supervision.

§  Ability to handle and solve tasks politely and professionally.
